7/DIAGNOSING FAILURES
The device is protected by several safety systems:
SAFETY
The device has detected a pH < 6.6. This is an abnormal value.
The REGULATION is interrupted
Check the pH value directly in the pool with your usual test kit:
1/ If the value is close to 6.6:

2/ If the value is below 6.6, calibrate the pH probe (see § 6.2).
The device has detected a pH > 8.0. This is an abnormal value.
The REGULATION is not interrupted
Check the pH value in the pool with your usual test kit:
1/ If the value is close to 8.0:

2/ If the value is not close to 8.0, calibrate the pH probe (see § 6.2).
The device has detected that the last pH correction attempts were unsuccessful.
The REGULATION is interrupted.
1/ Check that the pH corrector can is not empty.

2/ Measure the pH in the pool manually with your usual test kit and compare it to
flashing
the value indicated by the device:
The device has detected a deviation of +/- 1 compared to the defined setting.
pH value
Example: for a set value of 7.2, a displayed pH value higher than 8.2 will flash.
flashing
The display stops flashing when the pH has stabilised on the gauge.

Stop the device. Add the alkaline pH corrector (pH too low) directly to the
pool at the discharge nozzles, so as to restore a pH close to 7.2.
Wait 30 minutes, then turn the device on and check that the pH is close to
7.2.
Stop the device. Add the acidic pH corrector (pH too high) directly to the
pool at the discharge nozzles, so as to restore a pH close to 7.2.
Wait 30 minutes, then turn the device on and check that the pH is close to
7.2.
If the value is different, calibrate the pH probe (see § 6.2).
If the value is similar, contact your dealer.
