Residual risks
The stove was designed so as to guarantee the user's essential safety requirements.
Safety was integrated into the stove's design and construction as much as possible.
For every residual risk there is a description of the risk and the zone or part that is applies to (unless the risk applies to the entire stove
overall). Procedure-related information is also provided on how to avoid the risk and on the correct use of the personal protective
equipment required by and made compulsory by the Manufacturer.

Risk of burns
When the stove is running, it may reach high temperatures to the touch, especially on its external surfaces.
Take care to avoid burns and use the specific tools if necessary.
Use the supplied glove to open the door for loading operations and to adjust the primary air flow.

Ravelli Alba, Alba Steel, Lia and Lia Steel wood stoves are appliances for intermittent combustion heating, than run on fire wood. They
are suitable for use as secondary heating systems or to support the main heating system.
The combustion chamber, namely the area of the stove where the fire is, is lined with refractory material that guarantees excellent
combustion, therefore clean and with low emissions. The door (3) features ceramic glass so you can see the flame, as well as control
combustion and offer greater front radiation. The combustion air keeps the glass clean.
These stoves are designed to operate with the door closed. To load in the fuel, the door of the combustion chamber can be opened
from the opening handle (4); since the handle can get hot during operation we recommend using the protective glove supplied with
the stove. The fire grate (8) stops incandescent embers from falling out. The combustion grille (7) rotates and can be driven by the
grille-shaker lever (9).
The removable ash drawer (5) can be detached by its locking handle.
Stove power depends on how much wood is loaded in and on the primary air flow rate. The primary air flow rate is adjusted by the air
control lever (2). The more primary air, the more thermal power is generated. To obtain maximum performance and prevent the stove
from overheating, we recommend following the directions provided in the specific chapter herein.
The stove is designed and built to work safely if:
•
it is installed by qualified staff according to the specific standards;
•
it is used within the limits declared in the contract and herein;
•
the operating manual procedures are followed;
