2. Setting the correct radio channel
A special digital transmission pro-
cess ensures that the radio signals
are picked up without errors. This
process also makes it possible to set
10 different radio channels.
When supplied from the factory, all
combi I RF transmitters are set to chan-
nel 0.
It is only necessary to set units to other
channels if you have several different
users operating units in the same buil-
ding.
Set the channel you want by adjusting
the channel selector switch on the left-
hand side of the unit to the required
channel number. Use a small screwdri-
ver to adjust this switch.
All transmitters and receivers must be
set to the same channel.

3a. Installing the galvanic telephone
cable
Plug the end of the cable with the
transparent clip-in connector (6-pin
plug) into the socket on the undersi-
de of the combi I RF transmitter.
Plug the other end into a space tele-
phone socket.

Important
Please only use the telephone cable
supplied with the unit, otherwise pro-
per function cannot be guaranteed.
The telephone transmitter is desi-
gned to be connected to an analog
telephone system.
Use the Radio Telephone Transmitter
– Acoustic if your phone system is
ISDN or part of a PBX (exchange)
system.
3b. Installing the doorbell cable
Plug the 2.5 mm jack plug of the
doorbell cable into the socket on the
underside of the combi I RF transmit-
ter. Connect the two bare wires to
your doorbell.
