Cause/possible solution
• Too much food inside the compartments or
stored food contains too much water, result-
ing in defrosting.
• Doors are not closed properly, resulting in
frosting due to the entry of hot air.
• Heat dissipation of the built-in condenser via
the housing. This is normal.
• Housing becomes hot due to high ambient
temperature, or storing too much food or
shutdown of the compressor. Provide proper
ventilation to facilitate heat dissipation.
• Condensation on the exterior surface and
door gaskets is normal when the ambient hu-
midity is too high. Wipe the condensed water
using a clean and soft cloth.
• Buzzing. The compressor may buzz during op-
eration. Buzzing is loud particularly upon start
or stop. This is normal.
• Cracking sounds. Refrigerant flowing inside of
the appliance may produce cracking sound.
This is normal.
