For an easy installation, the chimney is generally an
aluminum tube, flexible and extensible.

7.4. POSITIONING
The DOBLE 250 must be positioned in a well-aired
place.
The area must be equipped with all means provided
for by the European Legislation related to the health
and safety of the workers in the workplace.
Position the machine on the floor and make sure that
there is sufficient space around the machine to carry
out normal maintenance operations or inspections.

7.5. PUTTING INTO USE

The operations for connecting the Double 250 to the pneu-
matic mains supply and positioning the pipes in the various
drums are described below.
Connect the earthing cable provided with the machine and
marked yellow/Green on the cable lug to a screw on the
machine Hood, on the side of the free terminal to the earth
contact of electric system.
Make sure that the two ON/OFF machine and ON/OFF
Brush switches (No.17) are in the OFF position (horizon-
tal). Also check that the mixer regulator knob is off (rotated
fully anti-clockwise).
Connect the machine air
connection to the line of
compressed air (max. 7
bar).
Water side
1. Open the lower door of the machine. Remove the filtrate
tank and the
lower collection tank of the hollow base of the washer.
2. Fill the collection basin with water, leaving an air space
of approximately 5cm between the water level and the
bottom of the filter basin, which is situated above.
3. Insert the aspirator tuve supplied with the suction filter in
the lower reservoir or collection tank.
4. Make sure that the filter tank is positioned firmly above
the supports. Make sure that these supports are firmly
attached media collection tank and provide stability to the
filtrate tank, which is above.
5. Place the lower tank and the filter tank in the lower
recess of the machine and close the lower door.
6. Place the work grid in the wash tank.
Solvent side
1. Remove the lower door of the machine.
2. Put two drums half-filled with clean solvent on the
bottom at the base unit. One of them must be placed under
the drain of the washing tank. Immerse the two suction
pipes equipped with their filters in the drum placed under
the drain, which Will always contain recirculation solvent.
3. Insert the two suction pipes for clean solvent into the
second drum which will always contain clean solvent
4. Replace the lower front door of the machine.
