Inserting and replacing the batteries:

1. Slide the cover to the left to open the battery compartment.
2. Insert the supplied name brand batteries with correct polarity.
3. Slide the cover in reverse order to close the battery compartment.

Before installation:

1. The supplied batteries must be inserted before starting the installation.
2. Loose the screw on the bottom of the digital door viewer, remove the support
plate and the plastic film from the back of the support plate. The support plate
can now be installed.
Installation:
1. Remove the existing door viewer from the door leaf or drill a 14 mm hole at eye
level. Insert the camera into the drill hole from the outside. Take care of the
correct positioning of the washer, which must be between the camera and the
door. Attention: The arrow at the front of the camera must point upwards
(Fig. 1).
2. Remove the film from the back of the support plate. Place the support plate on
the drilling hole from the inside of the door. Guide the camera cable through
the hole of the support plate as well as the locking barrel. From the inside,
screw the locking barrel onto the thread of the camera and tighten it with the
supplied fastening tool. As a result, the support plate is attached to the door
leaf (Fig. 2.). Take care that the arrow points upwards.
3. The camera cable must now be connected to the socket on the back of the
screen. Store excess cable in the recess on the back of the screen. Do not
bend the cable.
4. Hang the digital door viewer on the holder on the top of the support plate and
additionally secure the housing with the provided fixing screw. The screw hole
is on bottom side of the housing (Fig. 3).
