Car Operating Panel (COP) 2m cable
Alarm Push Button wiring: Wiring loom Red and Blue
1.
Alarm connections can be taken directly from the back of the alarm button or top of lift car. Use voltage probe to
measure voltage free contact and follow all necessary precautions
2.
Wiring loom Red wire marked ALM to 2C (Common) on the Alarm push
3.
Wiring loom Blue wire marked ALM to 2NO (Normally Open) on the Alarm push
Pictogram Connections: Wiring loom Black (Common) Yellow (Call Activation) Green (Call
Received)
Pictogram connections can be found in the 108C, 10 way Wago plug either in the halfway box or behind the COP
(Dependent on age of lift); follow the wiring back from the car indicators to locate this plug.
1.
Remove wires 3, 4, 9 & 10 on the REM plug or travelling flex side of the 108C plug
2.
Connect wiring loom Black Vout wire to 108C Wago plug numbers 4 & 9 common on the pictogram
3.
Connect wiring loom Yellow pictogram wire (Call Activated) to 108C Wago plug number 10
4.
Connect wiring loom Green pictogram wire (Call Received) to 108C Wago plug number 3
