9. BEFORE USE
• Check the mechanical parts usage, in order to guarantee a safe use of the device for people
and things
• Assure all the parts are correctly assembled. Checking carefully the correct assembling of
the rear wheels
• Assure the brake handles are well regulated
• Check the seat is completely open. If not push the seat down from the lateral frame.
10. WARNING FOR A CORRECT USE
• Do not use the wheelchair as seat for vehicle
• Assure the brake handles is duly adjusted and correctly works
• Avoid entrapment of finger into wheels or brakes during the wheelchair use
• The wheelchair temperature increase if exposed to the sun for long period
11. HOW TO USE

WARNING!
• Getting in and out of the wheelchair may be performed independently, provided you
have a adequate mobility and upper body strength
• Do not stand on removable parts
DO NOT STAND ON THE FOOTRESTS WHEN GETTING IN OR OUT OF THE WHEELCHAIR,
OVERTURNING RISK!!!
11.1 Get in the wheelchair
1. Position the wheelchair as close as possible to you
2. Engage wheel locks . We suggest to remove the armrest to ease the patient getting in
the wheelchair
3. Lean on the frame with arms and slowly go down towards the seat
11.2 Get out of the wheelchair
1. Position the wheelchair as close as possible along side the seat to which you are
transferring
2. Engage wheel locks. We suggest to remove the armrest to ease the patient getting out
of the wheelchair
3. Shift body weight into seat with transfer
