SYMPTOM
No LED display on the
front panel.
Alarm buzzer beeps
continuously when AC
supply is normal.
In the event of power
failure, reduced backup
time.
Mains normal but LED is
flashing and beeping.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Battery missing.
2. Faulty battery.
3. Power switch was not
pressed for at least 5
seconds.
1. UPS overload.
1. UPS overload or the
connected equipment is
defective.
2. Flat battery.
3. Battery defect due to high
temperature operation
environment, or improper
operation to battery.
1. Blown fuse.
2. Power cord is loose.
3. No mains power supply or
UPS is not on.
SOLUTIONS
1. Charge battery up to 8
hours.
2. Replace with the same
type of battery.
3. Press and Hold power
switch for at least 5 seconds.
1. Verify that the load
matches the UPS capability
stipulated in the
specifications.
1. Remove some non-critical
load.
2. Recharge the battery by
plugging the UPS in for 24
hours.
3. Replace with the same
type of battery.
1. Replace the same type of
fuse.
2. Reconnect the power cord
properly.
3. Check the power supply
