STEP 0 8
Attach the handle to the griddle hood with two (2) grommets and two (2)
M6x16 screws.
STEP 0 9
Place the hood on the griddle top and align the holes with the side shelf
brackets. Attach the hood to the brackets using two (2) M8x19 bolts, two (2)
washers and two (2) M8 nuts.

Proceed to seasoning instructions in the Owner's Manual.
