1. Brief introduction
Thank you for purchasing our professional equipment. Prior to commencing operation, you
should read and understand this Certificate and keep it throughout service life of the equip-
ment. Please keep in mind that observance of the instructions in this Certificate extends the
service life of the equipment and prevents injury of operating personnel. The equipment is
made of stainless steel and is easy to operate. The heating source is tubular electric heaters.
The distance between heaters and meat can be adjusted depending on the size of meat piece:
for larger pieces, heaters shall be moved backwards. As a piece becomes smaller, heaters shall
be moved ahead to maintain the constant temperature. The equipment is intended for use in
supermarkets, western cuisine restaurants, fast food chains, and other public catering facilities.
Improper installation, setting, maintenance or modification may result in damage to property
or health. Read the installation, operation and maintenance manual carefully prior to installa-
tion and maintenance of this equipment.
The room used for installation shall be free from flammable and combustible materials. This
includes mops, cloth, lubricants, wrapping paper and electric cords.
This equipment has the 3-pin plug for operator protection against electric shock, and it shall be
plugged directly into a grounded 3-contact socket. Do not cut or remove the grounding pin of
the plug.

3.1. This equipment shall be installed on a flat surface. The minimal distance to the nearest
objects on the right and left shall be 10 cm. Fault-free switch or fuse shall be installed next to
the equipment. They shall be easily accessible.
3.2 The equipment shall be connected to electric mains in accordance with the required voltage
and grounded.
3.3. This equipment shall be operated with all relevant safety precautions. In case of malfunc-
tioning, stop operating the equipment and contact skilled professionals for prompt repair.
3.4. Prior to commencing operation, the equipment shall be properly installed and adjusted.
The equipment operation can be started upon thorough inspection.
3.5 Power off the equipment and let it cool down completely before de-installation.
4. Warranties
This equipment shall not be used for the purposes other than those indicated in this manual.
