Toasting Tips:
*Toasting times may vary on the moisture level of the bread you are
toasting.
For slightly DRY bread, use a lower setting
Knob.
FRESH bread or WHOLE WHEAT bread use a higher setting
browning control knob.
ENGLISH MUFFINS will require a higher setting
control knob.
Thick cuts of bread like BAGELS take longer to toast since more moisture
must be evaporated from the bread before toasting occurs.
Some very thick cuts of bread may require two toasting cycles.
If you will toast bread with pieces of fruit, please remove all loose
pieces before toasting. These can fall into the toaster or stick to the
guard wires.
Before toasting bagels, slice them into two equal halves; place them in
the toaster with the cut sides facing each other.
For Toasting a single slice, use a lower setting
control knob.
Use caution when toasting pastries as their fillings can become very hot
before the surface of the pastry becomes brown.
Cleaning Your Toaster:
WARNING: Always unplug the product and allow it to cool before cleaning
or storing it.
Simply wipe the exterior of the toaster with a clean damp cloth and dry
it thoroughly. If a cleaning solution is used, apply it to a clean cloth and
not directly onto the toaster.
