• Remove the M8 screw (Ref. C) from the
frame. Assemble the unit support plate as
indicated in fig. 2.

• The trainer base is supplied with two types of
feet:
a) Standard feet (Ref. N);
b) Ritmo feet (Ref. O).
a) Illustration 3 shows how to fit the feet
Standard (Ref. N) to the stand (Ref. A). Use a
rubber mallet if necessary. Make sure that the
bottoms of the feet are parallel with the floor
and that the stand is completely open.

Ritmo (Ref. O) to the stand (Ref. A).
Use a rubber mallet if necessary. Pay
careful attention that the thread on the
Ritmo feet (Ref. O) is aligned with the
indent on the end part of the trainer base
frame tubes (Ref. A) as shown in figure 4a
/ 4b, make sure that the bottoms of the
feet are parallel with the floor and that
the stand is completely open.
• The Ritmo feet (Ref. O) simulate faithful-
ly real-life riding conditions by following
the shifting of the weight of the athlete.
A quick and easy to use regulator adjusts
the shock absorbing tension of the feet.
- Turning the regulator clockwise coils
the spring, making the mechanism rigid
(Fig.5).
- Turning the selector counter-clockwise
uncoils the spring, making the mechani-
sm soft. Pay careful attention never to
exceed the MIN level (Fig.6).
