Do you have problems with drying your clothes with your SD-8CN product?
Here we explain how to solve the main questions that arise among the users of these products that require special
knowledge and extreme care with the use. This INFINITON dryer works by condensation. Being a temperature sensor
that will detect the load of clothes and the state of humidity of the same. We have two TYPES OF FUNCTIONS:
synthetic and cotton.
1. When using the synthetic level drying function (left side of the control panel), the clothing material must also be
synthetic.
2. When using the cotton level drying function (right side of the control panel), the clothing material must also be cotton.
In this first point, we must take into account that it is a dryer for 8KG. These KG must be wet! With these we intend to
show that 8KG of dry towels are not the same as 8KG of wet towels (where there will be much less towel units if your
condition is wet.
The humidity sensor is designed to work with these 8KG, so on many occasions we will find:
• A lower load of clothes.
• Clothes too small (intimate or small clothes).
These typologies will not be detected by the sensor and "will believe that its interior has dried within a few minutes of
work, leaving the clothes wet or dry.
How do we solve this problem?
Making the dryer work for minutes and not for sensor.
We must select Heat.
After this, select time and increase it to:
• 60 minutes for little clothes.
• 120 minutes for an average load of 5KG.
• 160 minutes for an 8KG load.
We want to remember that we talk about a type B condensing dryer in energy terms. Their drying times will be high because
they do not work like the evacuation dryers, with an external ventilation outlet.
These dryers are a bit more sophisticated than the previous ones, the air is also heated by electric heaters, but after passing
it through the drum (hot and humid air), the moisture is extracted by passing it through an exchanger cooled with the outside
air, which It causes moisture to condense on it and fall into a water collection tray.
The previous evacuation dryers work with 100% outside air, so that we throw a lot of hot humid air into the street, and
therefore energy. In condensation, this air, once dehumidified in the exchanger, is sent back to the drum and, although it
may be necessary to raise some temperature again, it is not the same as vol-
See how to get cold outside air, so you save energy with respect to the evacuation.
