• Please set the parameters according to the file manufacturer's recommendations.
• The use of torque reverse function can effectively protect the file from separation within the canal.
• If the auto reverse is too frequent during use, please recapitulate, irrigate and lubricate the root
canal or increase the torque as per file manufacturer's recommendations.

9. 4. Additional settings (Fig. 9.G)

1 - When the device is powered off, press simultaneously the S and the main buttons.
2 - Touch S to select the advanced parameter to be set.
3 - Touch < / > (- / +) to set values.
4 - Press the main switch to escape this mode and come back to the standby screen.
Volume of beep (BEEP VOLUME)

Auto Power off (AUTO P.W.R)

9. 5. Calibration (Fig. 9.H)

Connect the contra angle to the Dual Move handpiece. Do not insert a file.
Enter the calibration interface (see section 9.4) then choose 'ON'.

9. 6. Error codes

The battery is flat, auto power off will occur. Charge

9.I.2 Motor overload. Reduce the load.
• Follow the instructions of the file manufacturer to set the functions and parameters.
• Calibration is strongly recommended after 10-20 autoclaving cycles for the contra-angle and after
its replacement.
• Calibration shall be performed with a 50% battery level as a minimum.
• Do not apply pressure to the contra-angle during calibration.
• If an error code is displayed, please contact your after-sales service.

10. Dual Pex to Dual Move connection (Fig. 10)

11. Connection testing (Fig. 11)

The file may start rotating if "Auto start / stop" function (section 13, Fig. 13.C). is activated.

Hang the lip hook on the patient's lower lip and start the treatment.

12. Dual Move screen during treatment (Fig. 12)

The beeps frequency increases when the file approaches the apex.

13. Combination functions (Fig. 13)

The following advanced functions are only usable when Dual Move is connected to Dual Pex.
1 - Touch < / > to select a memory number (M1...M6)
2 - Touch the S key for more than one second to enter the advanced function setting interface.
3 - Touch < / > to activate (ON) or deactivate (OFF) the advanced functions. If "CONNECT FUNCTION" is deactivated
(OFF), all the advanced functions will be inactive, even if they are individually activated (respective status set to "ON").
The code of following function to be set (APA, ASS, ASD) is displayed at the bottom of the screen, just next to the
battery status.
4 - Touch S to switch to the following combination function.
5 - Touch < / > to activate (ON) or deactivate (OFF) the function then S to go to the next function.
Automatic return to the standby screen if no action for a while (time-out to be set, factory value 5s).
Connection functions (CONNECT Function)
When Dual Move and Dual Pex are connected, set "ON"
