5.10 Diagnosis
5.10 Diagnosis
After the Device Interface is activated, "Diagnostics" button is available. Click "Diagnostics" button to display
the diagnostics window. The Diagnostic function cannot be executed simultaneously with the Scope function.
•
Correct diagnosis requires the adjustment of the data between Functional Scheme and
hardware configuration. A missing logic plan or inconsistencies between the available
logic plan and the hardware configuration allows only a limited diagnosis. The function
"Diagnosis of function blocks" is not available in this case.
The diagnostic window consists of the following sheets:
◼ Process image
Displays the states of all addresses of the input and output image in the Safety Part.
◼ System Info
System information about the Safety Part. These are as follows:
Parameters
Configuration - CRC
Transfer Counter
Serial Number
FW Version
HW Version
FPGA Version
Lifetime [s]
Temperature MPU A
[deg]
Temperature MPU B
[deg]
◼ Analog Voltages
Displays the analog values of the hardware in [mV]
◼ Performance Trace
Displays the cycle time and different time-critical barriers [us]

Description
CRC signature for the program and the parameter data
Status of the internal transfer counter. The counter increases with each transmission to the Safety Part and
can be used as a reference for documentation purposes
Safety ID
Version number of the firmware
Version number of the hardware
Version number of FPGA firmware
Lifetime of the operating Servo Driver in seconds
Current temperature of MPU A
Current temperature of MPU B
