Seat and handlebar adjustment

It is important to adapt the settings of your bike to your body type.
1.

Seat

Open the quick release system (see paragraph "0
Pneumatiques" for the procedure for using the quick release).
When adjusting the seat to its lowest position, make sure that it does not touch any component of the
bicycle, for example the frame. Also, be careful not to exceed the minimum seat post insertion mark.
This insertion mark should never be visible when the bicycle is in use.
To check the correct height of the seat, sit with your legs straight and your heel resting on the pedal
(fig. B). When pedalling, your knee will be slightly bent once the foot is in the low position (fig. A).
WARNING: it is important to fit a cover onto the seat springs if a child seat is installed
in order to prevent any risks of fingers becoming trapped.
2.

Handlebar

The height of your handlebars can be adjusted.
Your bike is equipped with a stem called ''Aheadset'' and the handlebar is adjusted by changing the
position of the adjustment rings between the stem and the upper steering bearing. It is advisable to
have this operation carried out by a qualified technician.
Make sure the handlebar is perpendicular to your front wheel.
