Function and description of the machine

3.1

Function

The Paramil 3 is a universal milling machine for use in dental technology. It can be used both for milling and drilling in
wax and metal.
The built-in motor is exceptionally quiet and has a high torque. It can be operated clockwise or anti-clockwise and has
a variable speed of 1500 min
Other features of the Paramil 3 are:
• variable motor speed control with overload cut-out
• well-positioned drive shaft allowing smooth movement without any free play
• double-hinged arm with a locking mechanism
• movable milling table with a pneumatic lock
• working area well lit by a swivel halogen lamp
• cooled milling with oil misting option

Installation

4.1

Positioning the machine

The machine should be placed on a solid base, e.g. on a sturdy table, and set level. It should be installed in a place
which is clean and as free from dust as possible.
