Prior to first use
Remove all packaging parts and clean the product
according to the cleaning instructions.
Instructions
1. Remove the green knob and metal pin from the
Veggie Sheet Slicer.
2. Open the cutting flap until it clicks into place.
3. Cut the vegetable top and bottom as straight
as possible (max. length 4 ½ inches). Place the
Veggie Sheet Slicer base on a level surface (en-
sure pin hole is facing upwards). Insert vegetable
into the Veggie Sheet Slicer.
4. Insert the metal pin into the Veggie Sheet Slicer
pin hole. Push it all the way, through the center
of the vegetable.
5. Hold the Veggie Sheet Slicer sideways and insert
the green knob (opposite side of the pin hole).
Push it all the way into the vegetable. Use your
thumps to hold the vegetable securely in place.
Ensure that the inserted vegetable is not going
past the cutting flap.
Cleaning
Do not use scouring agents or steel wool to clean
the Veggie Sheet Slicer. The Veggie Sheet Slicer is
not dishwasher safe. The Veggie Sheet Slicer's
blade is extremely sharp! Do not place fingers
and hands on the blade itself. Hand wash the

6. Remove blade guard. Slightly raise cutting
flap, release lock (small green sliding knob) and
lower it onto the vegetable.
7. To cut the vegetables, turn the green knob
clockwise.
8. Once cutting is complete, open the cutting flap
until it clicks into place. Secure the blade by
locking it with the guard! Remove the green
knob and metal pin from the Veggie Sheet Slicer.
Repeat steps 3 to 8.
Tip: To easily remove hard vegetable leftovers
from the pin, cut them lengthwise open with a
small knife.

warm water. Hand dry with a dishtowel or air dry.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Tip: Discolorations caused by colored vegetables
can usually be wiped off with vegetable oil.
