1.With the 4mm Allen key, remove the 4 bolts from the rear axle cover on both sides of the scooter.
2.Loosen the brake cable bolt with the 10mm spanner.
3.Remove the arm bolt with the Phillips screwdriver and 8mm spanner. Using two 13mm wrenches, loosen the axle nuts and washers and slide the
belt off the rear wheel hub. Pull the tyre towards the back.

4.Make a note of the position of the screws and nuts in the rear wheel so you can replace them all correctly. If in doubt, consult a qualified
professional.
5.To replace the belt, remove the bolts from the engine with a 5mm Allen key. Slide the motor far enough out of the frame to make room to remove
and replace the belt. Put the spacers in place and tighten the bolts firmly.
6.Mount the wheel in the frame and slide the belt onto the hub. Do not tighten the bolts on the axle. Put the brake screws in place but do not
tighten them.

7.Check the washers are in the correct position. After tightening the axle nuts with the 13mm wrench, check the belt and wheels are aligned by
turning the wheel counter-clockwise (be very careful when touching moving parts). You may have to readjust the washers to align the belt. See the
instructions on page 10 to tighten it correctly.
8.Tighten the bolt on the hub with the Philips screwdriver and the 8mm spanner.
9.Tighten the nut on the brake cable with the 10mm spanner. See the instructions on page 7 to adjust it correctly.
10.Put the belt covers back with the 4mm Allen key. Do not over-tighten them.

1.Use the 4mm Allen key to remove the 4 bolts from the covers on both sides of the scooter.
2.Loosen the brake bolt with the Philips screwdriver and the 8mm spanner. With the two 13mm wrenches, loosen the nuts on the rear axle.
3.Turn the washers towards the frame to tighten or loosen the belt.The recommended tension of the belt means you should be able to turn it about
90 degrees.
