Battery
Your device is provided with a powerful 5000 mAh lithium polymer battery and is designed
to be used exclusively with original NGM batteries and chargers. The battery is located in
the back of the phone and cannot be removed from its placement. To replace the battery,
contact the NGM Service Center.
If you need to force the reboot of the phone, for example if the device is blocked, press the
Reset key next to slot 1 with a fine tip, then insert the back cover as shown in the figure.
