MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
B e f o r e i n s t a l l i n g t h e P C v i d e o d o o r e n t r y s y s t e m a n d a t t e m p t i n g t o u s e t h e
"VideoPorteroPC" application, please ensure that your PC is equipped with the following:
HARDWARE
Card with composite video input, compatible with WDM drivers (TV tuner card, ...).
Sound card.
CD-ROM drive.
Multimedia elements for audio communication with the entrance panel. Options:
a. Loudspeakers and headphones with microphone.
Louspeakers, to be able to receive the call tones
Headphones with microphone, to be able to engage in conversation with the caller.
b. Loudspeakers and microphone.
Louspeakers, to be able to receive the call tones and to be able to receive audio from
the caller.
Microphone, to be able to transmit audio to the caller.
USB port, either 1.1 or 2.0.
20 MByte space available on the hard disk.
Note: This is roughly the disk space needed to install the application and to store 50
images. 3 MByte additional space required, per each 10 images.
SOFTWARE
Windows 98, 2000 or XP operating system.
