Check that the PIN code is activated.
You must enter the pin code which is the same code you will use to
unlock the phone
2.Open the phone to request the "Insert SIM card"

phone lock code"

You must enter a password to unlock the phone.

You may not be in network coverage range.

Check to see if mute is activated
Check the settings menu.
6.No incoming call tone
Check to see if mute is activated.
Check the settings menu.
7.No alarm
Check the setting Alarm turned ON
8. Can not make a call
Call options may be set against. Check the ban call menu.
9. Can not receive incoming calls
