CALIBRATION
WARNING! WATER ABOVE 120°F MAY COME FROM THE FAUCET IF IT IS NOT
CALIBRATED. HOT WATER CAN CAUSE BURNS. The valve must be calibrated to
ensure that the maximum hot water temperature does not exceed 120 degrees
or the temperature mandated by your local plumbing code. Due to the precise
nature of this product it is recommended that a thermometer is used to
calibrate the cartridge. CAUTION! The calibration process should be done
from the shower outlet and not the tub outlet as the water is hotter from the
shower outlet.
Place the rotational limit stop (1) onto the splined stem (2) of the cartridge.

Turn water on and let temperatures stabilize before continuing.
Using the rotational limit stop (1) (the temperature handle (3) can be placed on
