Preparing hot milk
• Place a large cup under the milk dispensing
spout.
• Without inserting a capsule, hold down
button D for 2 seconds (Fig. 14).

• Dispensing stops automatically.
Press the selected key to stop dispensing
early.

Energy Saving function

If the machine remains on but is not used, after ten minutes the energy saving function is automatically
activated:
the button (E) remains on while the other buttons switch off.
To reset the machine press the button (E) again; the buttons will start to blink and when
they are lit with a fixed light it means that the machine has reached working temperature.
After preparing coffee/beverages
After preparing coffee/beverages, the used capsule is eliminated as follows:
1.Lift the control lever backwards (the capsule will drop into the receptacle provided)
NOTE
used capsules may get stuck inside the machine if they are not ejected straight away. If that happens,
lift and lower the control lever to free the capsule(s).
-As much as 30 used capsules can fit into the capsule receptacle. Empty the receptacle on a regular
basis.
2. If you want another coffee/beverage insert a new capsule and repeat the procedure, otherwise
close the lever.
SAFETY AND ENERGY-SAVING TIPS:
- If you are going to be away from home for some time, remember to power off the machine at the
main switch (2). Do the same at night before going to bed. The coffee machine heats up very
rapidly and is normally ready for use in 1 minute after power-on. -If you plan not to use the coffee
machine for a long period of time, empty the tank and unplug the appliance.
