Mini Cookie Cakes
Ingredients:

2 sticks of soft unsalted butter
•
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
•
2 large eggs
•
2 cups all-purpose flour
•
1 tsp baking soda
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
•
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips of your
preference
Steps:
•
Combine the butter and sugar well. Then add the eggs slowly.
•
Combine all of the dry ingredients in another bowl.
•
Add the butter mixture to the dry ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips
at the end.
•
Grease the maker.
•
Spread the dough well in your maker with a spatula.
•
Bake for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
•
Serve with chocolate syrup and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
