RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
Important
The rate of accidents deriving from the use
of appliances depends on many factors
which cannot always be foreseen and con-
trolled. Some accidents may be caused by
unpredictable environmental factors, while
others are due above all to the behaviour of
users. As well as receiving authorisation
and appropriate instruction, if necessary,
the first time they use the appliance, users
must carry out a few simulated practice op-
erations in order to get to know the controls
DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS
The appliance is fitted with the controls for use of its
main functions.
A)Digital display: displays the working parameters
and alarm codes.
B)On/off key: for switching the electricity supply to the
appliance on and off.
Green light on: appliance off
Green light off: appliance on
C)Temperature setting key: used to set the cooking
temperature and start and/or stop thermoregulation.

els outside the rated specifications. Before
use, check that the safety devices are prop-
erly installed and in good working order. As
well as taking care to meet these require-
ments, users must also implement all safe-
ty regulations and read the description of
the controls and the start-up procedure
carefully.
D)Time setting key: used to set the cooking time
(for information on the use of this function, see
page 11).
E)Preheating key: activates and deactivates the func-
tion which maintains the temperature at 2°C (melting
function).
F) Value increase key: used to increase the value of
the selected parameter.
G)Value decease key: used to decrease the value of
the selected parameter.
In the event of alarms, resets the current alarm.
