CAUSE
No compressed air.
Spray tip is blocked.
Worn poppet assemblies.
Worn or dirty spool and sleeve assembly.
Worn poppet assemblies.
Worn piston seal.
Worn diaphragm.
Worn or dirty upper packings.
Worn or dirty lower ball check.
Worn or dirty upper ball check.Worn or
dirty lower packings.
Blocked siphon kit.
Blocked inlet filter or strainer.
Low material level.
Loose connection in between pump and
siphon kit.
Stuck lower ball.
