Caution: There is a positioning pin on the top of the filter housing,
please do not mount this incorrectly! Fig. 15.
After mounting the housing cover, the cover screws must be re-
fitted.
Caution: To avoid any negative effect on the performance of the
cleaner, make sure that the cover is properly attached to the base
housing. To avoid any damage, please make sure that the cable is in
the correct position. Fig. 16.
Function and description of the weight
The weight is located on the bottom of the housing, directly under-
neath the motor unit.
The angle of inclination on the pool wall is set by adjusting the posi-
tion of the slide, left or right. On delivery, the weight is adjusted to a
standard setting. We recommend that you do not move the weight
around unnecessarily. If cleaning performance is not satisfactory,
you can adjust this as follows:
The following adjustments to settings can be made:
b.) When the cleaner is operating in the water, the angle may
be too large, which can lead to an intake of air. If this is
the case, you can loosen the fixing screw and move the
weight away from the cable (higher figure). Do not push
the weight by more than 10-20 mm per test! Then re-
tighten the fixing screw.

b.) If the cleaner is not tilted enough (and always works on the
same side), you should loosen the fixing screw and push the weight
towards the cable (to the negative side of the scale) Then re-tighten
the fixing screw.

B fixed weight
If the cleaner tilts in the wrong direction (cable outlet is higher than
the mid-point), Fig, 19, then you should push the weight towards
the cable outlet. Move no more than 10mm at a time. Then re-
tighten the fixing screw.
c) If the cleaner tilts the wrong way (cable side upwards), then you
should move the weight up to 30-40mm towards the cable outlet. Fi-
nally re-tighten the fixing screw.

Hints and tips
Every time the cleaner is taken out of the water, the filter cleaner
must be cleaned.
Make sure the pH value of the water is between 7.0 and 7.2.
Make sure the water temperature is between 12°C and 32°C.
After every clean, the drive train must be thoroughly cleaned to en-
sure the same level of grip on the next clean.
After pressing the "Power Off" button, the "Power On" button cannot
be pressed for 30 seconds.
We recommend keeping the cleaner between 5°C and 40°C in a
shaded, well ventilated place. The mains cable should be coiled
around the cable holder for storage. (The floats must not be pushed

along the cable to ensure the cable floats properly in the water.)
Avoid direct sunlight at all times.
We recommend attaching the operating unit with a safety rope, to
avoid any risk of the power pack being pulled into the pool.
Before use, please read the instructions relating to trouble-shooting
thoroughly.
Instructions for mounting the 4 locking plates on the cover
For pools with steps we recommend fitting locking plates to the cov-
er. These locking plates stop the cleaner from tipping.
Attach the stabiliser as shown in the photo. Fig. 22
Screw the screw in through the hole in the cover and tighten. Fig. 23.
Tighten the stabiliser with a Philips screwdriver.
