The device monitors its own power requirement
in parking mode. After it has consumed a
defined quantity of power, the radar system is
disabled and the car will only be monitored by
the G-sensor. The G-sensor monitoring will also
be disabled after a further defined quantity of
power has been consumed, thus shutting down
the cameras. This prevents the car's battery
becoming drained so that the car can still be
started.

and the maintenance instructions in your
car's owner's manual.
Manual recording of videos and
photos
It is also possible to record videos and photos
manually.
Pressing the Power key briefly or using the
ACE 2.0 app (see section
start the manual recording of a one-minute video
or a photo when the ACE 2.0 is in driving mode
(this can be stopped prematurely by pressing the
Power key).
The media format for recording must be selected
manually in the ACE 2.0 app in "Settings" >
"System Settings".
The media data are saved in the ACE 2.0 app
under menu point "Recordings" > "ACE" >
"Manual".
The video data will be saved to the micro SD
card in the >PARKING< or >DRIVING< folder
depending on whether the devices in parking or
driving mode. Photos are saved in the >IMAGE<
folder.

In the event of the car suffering vibrations above
the level set for the G-sensor (threshold value),
these video data will be saved in the ACE 2.0
app in the "G-Sensor" menu point. This makes it
easier to find these recordings. You can identify
the time of the vibration from the signal tone on
the camera. These video data will be saved to the
micro SD card in the >PARKING< or >DRIVING<
folder depending on whether the devices in
parking or driving mode.
