Problem
The device is pumping air but
the tyre/item is not inflating.
The pressure in the tyre is less
than the set pressure.
The battery pack will not be
charged.
Cleaning,
c are and
maintenance
•
Always disconnect the air and power station
from the 230 V power supply and disconnect
external devices before cleaning or performing
maintenance.
•
To prevent corrosion, wipe off any battery fluid
which may have come into contact with the
clamps.
•
Keep the air inlets and outlets free from dirt
and dust. Clean the device with a damp cloth.
•
Do not use abrasive utensils for cleaning.
•
Store the device in a protected, dry location.
•
Do not store the device in areas where it is
exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations!
Condensation will form, which can damage the
electronics!

1. Using a pair of flat-nose pliers carefully pull
the flat fuse inside the housing unit for the

Solution
Ensure the chuck (23) is properly connected to
the valve of the tyre/item.
Check if the tyre/product is leaking air.
The tyre pressure increases as the tempera-
ture rises. The recommended tyre pressure is
typically specified for cold tyres (approx. 20 °C).
Do not check the tyre pressure on warm tyres
(e.g. after long trips). Please refer to the owner's
manual for your vehicle.
With large tyres such as on campers it's advisa-
ble to increase the pressure by 2 PSI (0.1 bar) to
compensate for the high volume.
Replace the fuse (see chapter „Replacing
fuses").
Do not throw electrical appliances in with
domestic waste!
