Install the K3 Faucet. See Figure 3.
1. Remove the hardware from the K3 faucet stem.
2. Slide the small rubber washer, the large chrome-plated metal
flange and the large rubber washer onto the threaded faucet
stem.
3. Insert the threaded faucet stem assembly into the existing faucet
hole.
NOTICE: Make sure the large chrome flange and the washer
form a tight seal against the surface of the sink top. See the
inset drawing in Figure 3.
4. From the underside of the sink, slide the large metal washer, the
locknut and the compression nut over the threaded faucet stem.
5. Tighten the connection nut against the underside of the sink to
secure the faucet in place.

Reconnect the cold water line from
the filtering system to the faucet stem.
See Figure 4.
1. Reconnect the water supply tubing as illustrated in Figure 4.
Turn the water back on:
1. Open the faucet and then slowly open the cold water shut off
valve.
2. To remove the air from the system run the water for 10 minutes,
or until the water runs clear of bubbles and air.
3. Check for leaks at all the fittings.
