11. Release the suture ends from the handle and remove the
Suture Inserter only, leaving the suture in the lateral hole.
12. Slide the Loop Actuator to the Retrieve position, retract
the Anvil and remove the ArthroTunneler™ device
together with the suture captured from the medial hole.
13. Once the suture protrudes from the medial hole, slide
the Loop Actuator to the Deploy position and release
the suture from the device.
note: The loop of suture retrieved through the medial
hole can also be used as a shuttle to pass multiple
sutures through the tunnels simultaneously.
14. Repeat steps for additional tunnels if indicated.
15. Pass the sutures through the tendon and tie laterally.

single patient use. Discard after use.
• All other instruments in the Set are reusable and are
provided non-sterile.
