Operating the Unit

I. Installation before Use
Press down and slide the battery cover upwards to insert the
AAA battery into the compartment (follow the polarity as in-
dicated in the battery compartment). Push back the battery
cover after installing the batteries.
II. Operating the Unit
1. For the best conductivity between Dreamate and your
skin, use your fingertips to moisten the two black con-
ductive rubber pads on the back of the unit. (You can
also spread your favorite essential oil on the wrist. With
Dreamate operating, the essential
oil can be absorbed easily, helping
you to relax and release pressure.)
