REPLACING THE SIDE DUST GASKETS:
This operation must be carried out using gloves, mask to protect the airways, 10-13mm spanners, with the engine switched off.
> Dismantle the left hand side guard Detail 1 Fig. 17 undoing the relevant screws.
> Tighten the screws of the gasket fastening plate Detail 3 Fig. 17
> Remove the worn gasket and replace it with a new gasket.
> Tighten the screws of the gasket fastening plate again Detail 3 Fig. 17
> Remount the left hand side guard Detail 1 Fig. 17 tightening the relevant screws.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OIL:
Every 200/300 hours of operation check the level of the hydraulic system oil in the tank Detail 1 fig. 19.
The hydraulic system oil must be replaced after approximately 800 hours of operation.

FOR INSPECTIONS OR TO REPLACE THE ENGINE OIL WEAR GLOVES, POSSIBLY COTTON-LINED NITRILE ONES;
DISPOSE OF THE WASTE OIL RESPONSIBLY BECAUSE IT IS HIGHLY POLLUTING; DISPOSE OF THE WASTE OIL IN
COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAWS IN FORCE; READ THE ATTACHED ENGINE INSTRUCTION MANUAL CAREFULLY.

THEREFORE BE CARRIED OUT BY SPECIALISED MAINTENANCE STAFF (SEE MANUAL COVER).

Use up any remaining fuel in the tank by leaving the machine running.
Clean the machine in general (with the engine off and cold).
Clean the dust filters and the hopper; if necessary, clean the hopper, observing the instructions provided in paragraph "Debris hopper".

DISMANTLING OR DEMOLITION MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY THE CUSTOMER, IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THE
STANDARDS IN FORCE, BY DELIVERING THE ENTIRE MACHINE OR ITS PARTS TO COMPANIES SPECIALISED IN THESE
SERVICES.

which have got tangled around the central or side broom, you can hear a strange sound coming from the inside of the machine or engine,
