This product is a non-professional appliance designed to provide soothing massage to worn
muscles.

DO NOT use this product as a substitute for medical attention.

DO NOT use this product before bed. The massage has a stimulating effect and can delay
sleep.

NEVER use this product while in bed.

This product should NEVER be used by any individual suffering from any physical ailment
that would limit the user's capacity to operate the controls or who has sensory deficiencies
in the lower half of their body.

This unit should not be used by children.
MASSAGER OPERATION
1. Plug into 110 volt outlet.
2. For use in your vehicle, use the DC adaptor provided to plug the massager into the vehicle's
cigarette lighter socket.
3. To turn on, press the button to the "|" position.
4. To switch rotation direction, press the button to the "||" position.
5. To turn off, press the button to the "O" position
6. When massage is complete, remove the power cord from the outlet.
• DO NOT force any part of your body in between massaging 'heads'. To eliminate the risk
of injury, only gentle force should be applied against the unit.
• For lower back: DO NOT massage spine. To relieve tension in the lumbar region, place
the massager against a chair with massaging heads facing toward your back. Sit in the
chair and lean back into the massager.
• For shoulders: DO NOT massage spine. To relieve tension in the shoulder region, hold the
massager with "head" facing toward your shoulder. Press it gently against your shoulder.
• For feet: DO NOT stand on the massager. Sit on a chair and gently put your feet on the
massager.
MAINTENANCE
To Clean:
•
Before cleaning, remove the power cord from the outlet and allow unit to cool.
•
Wipe with a soft cloth. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners.
•
Never submerge the unit in any liquid. Keep away from all solvents and harsh detergents.
Storage:
Place massager in a safe, dry and cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed
objects which might cut or puncture the surface. To avoid breakage, DO NOT wrap the
power cord around the unit.
