For additional protection, we advise you to install a residual
current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not
exceeding 30mA in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom.
Ask your installer for advice.
Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
The straightening plates and the plastic parts near the plates
(except the cool tip area) reach a high temperature quickly.
Prevent the hot surfaces of the appliance from coming into
contact with your skin.
Do not leave the plates in your hair for more than a few seconds
at a time as this may cause damage to your hair.
Keep the appliance away from non-heat-resistant surfaces and
never cover the appliance with anything (e.g. a towel or clothing)
when it is hot.
Keep the straightening plates clean and free of dust, dirt, styling
spray and gel. Using the appliance in combination with styling
mousse, styling spray, gel etc. may cause damage to the ceramic-
coated straightening plates.
The plates have a ceramic coating.This coating will wear in the
course of time.When this happens, the appliance will still function
normally.
Always unplug the appliance after use.
Wait until the appliance has cooled down before storing it.
Preparing for use
Washing
The straightener gives the best results on well-washed hair.We advise
you to follow the washing tips below.

When washing your hair, wet your hair thoroughly for
30-60 seconds.

Pour some shampoo into the palm of your hand. Spread it
between your hands and distribute it evenly through the hair.

Gently massage your hair and scalp. Do not rough up the hair or
pull long hair up onto the scalp, as this may cause tangles.
