Jet Massage
Fit the massage nozzle and button in thick pool wall as follows:
NB Minimum distance between stainless steel components and non-stainless components shall be 50 mm.
1. Connect a cable (at least 6 mm2) from the cast pipe to ground.
Use the included screw, ring cable shoe and tag washer.
2. Fix the cast pipe (1) using the flange as shown in Figure 7. The flange must be in
contact with the finished pool wall. Mask the flange (the surface that touches the
grommet).
3. Cast.
4. Secure the self-adhesive grommet (4) on the cast pipe flange.
5. Fit the pool cover and start filling the pool with water.
6. Once the water reaches approx. 5 cm below the inlet nozzle, cut a small cross in
the pool cover in the centre of the hole.
Fit the grommet (8) and the sealing ring (9).
7. Cut the pool cover along the inner edge of the sealing ring.
8. Massage nozzle:
Loosen the cable joint (5) slightly and push in the air hose (6) a little, see Figure 4.
Securely push the end of the air hose into the rear of the nozzle (7). Press the nozzle
into the inlet pipe. Tighten the cable joint.
To connect the start button: see instruction MA25-07.
9. Fit the front (11) with the Pahlén logo facing upwards. Secure the supplied nylon
washers to the screws on the rear of the front in order to retain the front screws
during disassembly, e.g. during winter closure.
Tighten the front using the front screws.
10. Fill the pool with water to the desired level.

Fit the start button with penetration in a thick pool wall as follows:
See points 1-7 above.
Check that the inner air hose of the button (3) is securely connected.
Insert the button into the sealing ring. See points 9-10 above.
