WARM UP
Get down on your knees and grip the Exercise Wheel. Start with small rolls away
from your body keeping hips down as you roll away and round your back as you
pull back in. Increase the size of the rolls and then start to angle it from side to side.
Repeat each side 12 times and center 12 times.
