MOP/BROOM HOLDER
RECOMMENDED HANDLE DIAMETER
• 1–1¼" without enclosed grips
• 5/8–1⁄" with enclosed grips
NOTE: Smooth plastic handles can slip through
the cams more easily than wooden ribbed
handles, as there is not enough friction to hold
the handles inside the cams.
NOTE: Handles must be clean and dry to
achieve maximum grip.

INSTRUCTIONS
USING THE BROOM/MOP HOLDER
1.
Insert the broom or mop handle into the cam
bracket. As the handle drops, it will wedge against
the rubber cam.
2. If the handle does not seat by itself, gently push the
cam down to wedge against the handle.
3. In the event your handle is experiencing slippage and
not fitting tightly, place one of the enclosed rubber
caps onto the steel end of the individual cam (directly
opposite the rubber grip) and repeat steps 1 and 2.
4. Cams have been tested to a weight capacity of
8 lbs. A saturated mop or broom should not be hung.
Wring out all moisture before hanging.
OPTION TO PERMANENTLY SECURE
ENCLOSED GRIPS
If you choose to permanently secure the enclosed grips
on the cam bracket, 3M 414 Scotch
Tape is recommended (items S-23154 or S-23155).
