NB: Electronic models are fitted with a safety level indicator. If the probe does not detect water in the
boiler within 120'', the machine stops and the keypad LEDs start to flash. To reset the alarm turn
the machine off then on again. If the problem remains, check that water is arriving from the water
circuit.
4) When the motor-pump / vibration pump stops the water in the machine has reached the set level.
The green warning light comes on and the heating element starts heating the water.
It is advisable that you dispense water for 5 seconds so as to eliminate any air bubbles from the ther-
mosyphon circuit and for better thermal compensation.
5) Wait approximately 30 minutes to allow the machine to reach its operating temperature. When the
green warning light goes out the set machine pressure has been reached. The red indicator light will
be always light (tension on the electrical circuit).
NB: If being used for the first time, maintain the machine temperature (without dispensing water and
coffee) for about 2 hours. It is advisable that you let the water circulate through the system: turn the
water knob and fill a jug with at least 0.5 litres water. Dispense water for 30 seconds and turn the steam
knob for 10 seconds.
NB: In the machines with internal tank, if there is no water in the rear tank, all the electrical and
water functions will stop, while the red indicator light remains on. Upon filling the tank with water, the
microswitch located under the tank will re-activate all the functions.

tions by means of the relevant screw of the internal pump.

6. MACHINE IGNITION, SELECTOR 0,1,2
1) Rotate the switch knob to position 1. The red indicator light comes on.
2) When the machine is switched on, the electronic card checks water level inside the boiler. After
approx. 3 seconds, the filling pump and solenoid valve are enabled for filling.
3) In position 1 the coffee machine will automatically be filled with water up to the pre-set level (level
probe inside the boiler).
All machines come with a manual filling lever (fitted to the water distribution unit) (Photo 3) which can
be used in an emergency if the automatic level control device is not working properly.
NB: Electronic models are fitted with a safety level indicator. If the probe does not detect water in the
boiler within 120'', the machine stops and the keypad LEDs start to flash. To reset the alarm turn
the machine off then on again. If the problem remains, check that water is arriving from the water
circuit.
4) When the motor-pump stops the water in the machine has reached the set level. Take the switch
to position 2.
5) When the switch is on position 2 the heating element is activated, the green warning light comes on
and the heating element starts heating the water.
It is advisable that you dispense water for 5 seconds so as to eliminate any air bubbles from the ther-
mosyphon circuit and for better thermal compensation.
