insert two jumpers at position J111 and J113, as marked on the figure with nr.2.
Set the Hang Up Number to a value between 1 and 9, as marked on the figure with nr.3.

Next, set the chime volume with the pot marked with nr. 5
Insert and screw the module and the chassis together in the front and back panels.
Connect the data buses (Flat 10- and 20-way cables) to the connectors marked with nr.6 in the figure on next page.
Link together the front and back panel. In this case you will have to connect following connector pair marked with nr.7:
J121-TS101.
Next, carry out the connection between the module and the PABX extension you wish to use. The connection has to be
performed with a 4-way cable with a 4-way RJ45 on both ends.

To broadcast a message from a telephone you should follow these steps:
Pick up the handset and type the extension number which is connected to the module.
Different situations may come up:
If the extension is busy, the typical sound will be heard through the handset, denoting that we cannot use the module to
broadcast a message.
If the system is busy with a priority bigger or equal than this module one, you will hear a ring sound once you type the
extension number. If the systems gets free while hearing the busy tone, the module will take over the extension and you
will be able to throughput a message.
If you manage to occupy the system with this module, the selected chime will be heard through the megaphones.
When the chime stops, you can broadcast the message.

When your message has ended, you should press the hang up number in the numeric keypad of your telephone if the PABX
is tone driven. Now you can hang up the handset.
