Safety
Wear work gloves to assemble the product
The load limits indicated in the assembly instructions are for a maximum load evenly distributed on the
shelving unit when assembled according to the Assembly Instructions.
Do not use mechanical means to place loads on the shelving. Do not load the shelving unit beyond the
specified limits, as this may deform and/or break the product or its parts.
The base of the shelving unit must be placed on a flat and level surface so that the structure stands
perfectly vertical and its shelves are horizontal when checked with a spirit level (Fig. 22), adjusting the
feet if necessary (adjustable up to: 10 mm) (Fig. 21.
Shelf no. 1 and shelf no. 5 (Fig. 20) are not adjustable and must be mounted as shown in the figure
(shelf no. 1 must be mounted as low as possible). The middle shelves (nos. 2, 3, and 4) may be adjusted
up to a span of 50 cm between the shelves. Attach the shelving unit to the wall after assembly.
A loaded shelving unit can cause serious or even fatal injury if it falls over. To prevent this risk, the
shelving unit must be permanently attached to the wall as shown in the instructions (Fig. 23/24). Use wall
anchors that are suitable for the type of support/wall to which the shelving unit is attached and that are
capable of bearing the load placed on the shelving unit. Always use lock washers as shown in the
instructions (Fig. 23).
After completing the assembly, placement and wall mounting, use a spirit level once more to ensure that
the shelving unit is properly aligned, its shelves perfectly horizontal, and the frame vertical (Fig. 24).
Maximum loading capacity of 120 Kg. only with shelf unit perfectly fixed to the wall.
