4. Hardware reset button: press in case of persistent product malfunction. There is no reset button in the WiKEY
device.
If the device is offline during normal operation, press the button (b) for 4 seconds.
During configuration and operation, the LEDs can change from solid to flashing light.
For the PinKEY and WiKEY operation please refer to their specific manuals.

New 4HEATModule configuration

It is recommended that you immediately connect your Smartphone to the Wi-Fi network and disconnect your mobile
from the data connection.
When starting the application you are asked to select the language. The procedure for configuring the 4HEATModule
device is explained below:
1. Create an account with a valid email address and password of your choice by filling in all fields;
2. Choose between "FIND DEVICE", "ADD WIKEY", "ADD PINKEY" and "ADD 4HEAT".
• 4HEAT or 4HEAT Lite: select "ADD 4HEAT" and follow the tutorial;
• WiKEY: select "ADD WIKEY" and follow the tutorial;
• PinKEY: select "ADD PINKEY" and follow the tutorial;
