This product contains HFC, namely fluoridated gasses, a refrigerating gas with a high Global Warming Potential
(GWP) regulated by the Kyoto protocol.
Oscartielle equips its plug-in cabinets with the following types of refrigerating gasses:
R 290; GWP
= 3
(100)
R 134A; GWP
= 1300
(100)
R 452A; GWP

This unit is hermetically sealed and the refrigerating gas load is under 3 kg.
For this reason it is not subject to the requisite of an installation booklet and periodic inspections for leakage of
the refrigerating gas (presidential Decree no. 147 of February 15th 2006, Art. 3 and 4).
16 – Manufacturer's declaration (no starting up)
The models described above are manufactured also to be assembled with other machinery to obtain a new machinery as
specified by directive 2006/42/CE.
Therefore the manufacturer declares that it is not allowed to start up the machinery until the machinery which it will be
incorporated in, or which will become part of, is declared as complying with the conditions of directive 2006/42/CE and
national laws transposing the same directive, in other words until the machinery which this declaration refers to, will make
up a whole with the final machinery.
17 – Multiplexing
Sweet 2:
To obtain the multiplexing between two (or more) Sweet 2 cabinets, follow the instructions indicated below and refer to
Page 8, Fig. 28:
-
Draw the cabinets close and adjust the feet, to obtain a perfect alignment (Ref. 1)
-
Insert two metal pins in the aluminium profile on basin front (Ref. 2)
-
Hook basements using four threaded bars and relevant eight nuts and eight washers (Ref. 3)
-
Draw working shelves and join them using the screws M8x60 on the front (Ref.4) Join basins using two screws
M8x60 and their nuts.
-
Position the fixing brackets between the two cabinets, screw them to the working shelves with the supplied screws
(Ref. 5) and to the basin by using 4 self-perforating screws (Ref. 6).
-
Screw the canopy holder to the multiplexing bracket in the pre-holed housings (Ref. 7). Insert 4 screws M4x20 into
their housings below the canopies. Insert the middle holder for the top shelf on one canopy. Draw the canopies close
and fix them to the holder previously assembled by using the screws that has just been inserted.
-
Align lower crystal supports and join them (Ref. 8).
-
Position crystals as described at point 5.
Sweet 2 LX:
To obtain the multiplexing between two (or more) Sweet 2 LX cabinets, follow the instructions indicated hereunder and
refer to Pag. 8, Fig. 29:
-
Draw the cabinets close and adjust the feet, in order to obtain a perfect alignment (Ref. 1).
-
Insert 2 metal pins D.4x40 in the aluminium profile on basin front (Ref. 2).
-
Insert 1 pin in the top profile (Ref. 3).
-
Hook basements using four threaded bars M8x125 and relevant eight nuts and eight washers (Ref. 4).
-
Draw working shelves and join them using a screw M8x60 (Ref. 5). Join basins using two screws M8x60 and their
nuts.
-
Fix the two risers between them, using: one screw M4x70 in the bottom part (Ref. 6), one screw M6x15 in the rear
part (Ref. 7) and one screw M4x16 in the top part of the cabinet (Ref. 8).
-
Position crystals as described at point 5.
