Provided that the device is handled with care and
used in accordance with these instructions, the
manufacturer will guarantee the product for
24 months from the date of purchase.
We guarantee to repair the device free of charge
provided that it is sent to us postage paid and pro-
vided that the claim is for either material or design
or construction fault. Other claims will be handled
in accordance with the law.
We cannot be responsible for damage resulting
from improper use of the device. Wear of the
cable or plug is excluded from the warranty. For a
period of up to 24 months from the date of pur-
chase we will rectify any faults recognised as genu-
ine without charge.

In each case the device must be sent together with
this completed warranty form, or failing this, the
purchase receipt or other proof of date of pur-
chase must be supplied.
Without proof of date of purchase, a charge will
be made without further consultation and the
items will be returned COD.
Please ensure that you complete the warranty
form immediately after purchase and keep this, or
the till receipt as proof of purchase in a safe place.
Mislaid warranty certificates cannot be replaced.

No. in case of complaints.
