Start-Up
Assembling the MT Gentle 50/75
The MT Gentle 50 and 75 machines are delivered fully protected

and boxed. Open the box and check the contents. Place the parts
on a flat surface with room to manoeuvre.
Place the body of the machine (A) as shown in the image, on a flat surface with a height to facilitate assembly. Fix a foot with four DIN 7380

M6x12 screws (H) with the help of Allen key No. 4 (P). Proceed in the same way with the other three remaining feet.
IMPORTANT: Mount the two rubber stops (F) on the front corners of the machine, highlighted in red.
Position the machine supported on its four feet. IMPORTANT:

The MT Gentle 75 model must be handled by two people
due to its weight. Place the container (B) on top of the grid and
fix it using the two securing knobs (G).
Mount the two levellers (E) and the two rubber stops (F) on the

bases of the feet (C).
Place the output tray (D) as shown in the following image and

fix it with three DIN 7380 M6x12 screws (H) and three M6
washers (I). For this, use the Allen key No. 4 (P).
