1.- The machine should be installed on a work surface that has sufficient stability and strength to
support the weight of the machine and product being sliced.
2.- Fix the acrylic protector in place using the nuts and screws supplied. Users must not use the
machine without this protection, as they may seriously harm themselves.
3 - Put the sharpener in safe position. Push the sharpening buttons to secure the sharpener.
NOTE:
For safety, if the sharpener is not installed properly the machine will not run.
