Installation instructions
- Pull drive belt (item 29) over the rotor and motor pulley, and measure the required
length. For this, secure one end of the belt to the rotor with tape and turn the rotor.
- Fit 2 springs (item 32) to the tensioning device of the drive motor.
- Shorten the drive belt so that the tensioning springs of the tensioning device are
stretched to approx. 10 cm. Do not overstretch the tensioning springs.
- Fit flexible coupling (item 30).
- Pull the belt onto the pulley (item 31) and turn to adjust until the belt is seated cor-
rectly in the pulley and on the rotor. Check the tension of the belt is correct.
Ensure the springs of the tensioning device are not overstretched when pulling

the belt onto the pulley. The belt must not become twisted along its length and
note
must sit flush on the casing surface.

Fit all insulating panels (item 5). (See chapter "Preparation".)
Carry out a functional test once the thermal wheel heat exchanger has been fully
assembled. For this, check the following points:
- When turning the rotor there must be no contact between the rotor and other com-
ponents of the TWHE.
- The seal must sit sufficiently flush against the rotor (min. value see chapter Adjus-
ting the seal).
