should read and understand this Certificate and keep it throughout service life of the equip-
ment.

PRIOR TO FIRST USE
Prior to the first use and further use of the dispenser, the following shall be done:
1. Remove factory packaging from the dispenser, make sure there is no protective film remains
on plastic parts, no expanded foam packaging elements or other contaminants.
2. Clean it with warm soap solution without abrasive detergents and hard brushes.
3. If necessary, fill the dispenser with tap water and check the tightness of the bottle and the
tap.
OPERATION
A clean beverage dispensing equipment will attract your customers and satisfy the controlling
authorities.
The dispenser operation procedure:
1. The dispenser shall be washed with soapy solution and then with clean water prior to each
use, including the refilling after the beverage has been dispensed
2. After the use, the dispenser shall be disassembled and washed with running water
3. After washing, the dispenser shall be wiped dry and left open (with no cover and with the
open tap) to prevent mustiness.
